The role of this position is accountable for the projects management and tracking, collaborate with cross functional teams and suppliers to execution on time to meet business growth requirement.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall project management of the cell therapy product life cycle line from R&D, CMC, and clinical, including the joint development of project plans by various departments, and reporting the project progress to the company’s management to ensure that the project is delivered on schedule.
Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate/track deliverables, timelines and resource requirements. Maintain positive control over scheduling issues related to the study process.
Implement and support continuous improvement actions/projects and best practice project management replication throughout the company.
Promote effective teamwork among project team members and resolve conflicts as needed.
Provide the project status report to management on a regular basis.
Maintain and optimize the project management system.
Projects document management.
Qualifications
MS degree minimum, major in Biology, Biomedicine, Pharmacology, Preventive veterinary medicine
1 year of experience in pharma/biotech project management, understanding the drug development process
Experience with cell/gene thera PMP certification and drug development project m
Experience with cell/gene therapy or biologics preferred
Successful performance in a matrix organization with strong interpersonal skills.
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed
Fresh graduates are also welcome, but they need to have knowledge in cell and molecular biology. Additionally, strong learning abilities, E-personality, and aspirations to develop in the PM field are required
