Immunology Evaluation Scientist
Technology Development
Responsibilities
Establish experiment platforms for immune cell product development.
Establish QC protocols and standards for functional evaluation.
Assist research, process development and preclinical teams to execute protein- and cell-based assays for QC, pharmacodynamic studies and toxicological studies of immune cell products.
Collect, maintain, and organize primary data and analysis accurately and timely in accordance with company policy, and assist in patent filing process.
Prepare and present data to team members and external partners.
Provide management and training for research assistants.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in Immunology, and / or with 2+ years of training in immunology or hematogenesis or cell therapy-related research in an academic, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical setting
Experience in CART cell therapy, NK cell therapy and other related industries is preferred.
Research experience of hematopoietic stem cell and immune cells such as T cells and NK cells is preferred.
Excellent hands-on skill in cell-based experiment skills is a must.
Strong desire for servicing and collaboration is a must.
Strong sense of responsibility is a must.
Strong problem-solving and execution capability.
Results-oriented and attention to details.
Experience in the following skills preferred: 1) Isolation and culture of immune cells, especially NK cells and T cells) 2) Culturing of iPSC and / or ESC 3) Cell-based functional assays, such as cell killing assay, ADCC, MLR, etc. 4) Assays for pharmacodynamic studies
