Responsibilities
Design, execute and interpret multiple experimental workflows including standard cell biology methods with an emphasis on stem cell culture, characterization and differentiation
Develop strategies for the assessment and process development of novel stem cell therapy
Develop and optimize analytics tools to characterize cell therapy products
Recruit and supervise junior scientists
Continually cultivate scientific/technical expertise through a critical review of the scientific literature, participating external conferences, and developing relationships with key opinion leaders
Qualifications
Ph.D. with 4+ years of experience in biotechnology and pharmaceutical field
Strong knowledge in stem cell biology and differentiation with relevant publications in peer-reviewed journals
Hands-on differentiation experience cutting edge techniques in the field of reprogramming and stem cell biology
Strong problem-solving skill
Highly adaptable and responsive, and committed to completing tasks in a timely manner
Ability to adapt to and thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial startup environment
